VIP HOST BD provides web hosting, domain registration and virtual private server services to customers around the world, and it is our responsibility to protect each customer and provide the best services available. All customers using VIP HOST BD’s services must comply with the following terms of service.

 Delivery Time

All service charges of VIP Host BD will be delivered to the customer’s service account and email as soon as payment is made through Bikash Payment. If payment is made through bank, the service will be delivered to the customer within a maximum of 2 working days after the payment is verified.

Refund policy

As a customer of VIP Host BD you agree to deposit or deliver advance payment for services rendered, on the billing date determined by VIP Host BD. By default these services will be billed on a recurring basis (if the recurring payment option is chosen during registration or renewal of the appropriate hosting package, VPS or dedicated server package, domain name, SSL certificate package or any other service). You must notify BIP Host BD at least 10 days prior to the next automatic renewal date if you wish to cancel a recurring payment without further recurring charges (VIP Host BD shall not be liable for recurring automatic payments if notified less than 10 days prior to the next subscription payment date, and this payment will not be refunded).

Product Return Policy

If all the features of the purchased service are not found within 10 days of purchasing the service of VIP Host BD, the service must be canceled with proof. In the case of web hosting service, the data backup file of the customer should be kept at his own initiative. Otherwise no data will be recovered once the service is stopped.If the customer has registered any domain service, there is no opportunity to return the product.

Compensation policy

You agree to use all VIP HOST BD services and facilities at your own risk. VIP HOST BD specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Cancellation and refund:

VIP HOST BD offers a 10-day money-back guarantee to new account subscribers (no refunds for renewed accounts) under the following conditions:

Non-refundable domain extensions are: .pw, .co.uk, .eu, .be, .ch, .dk, .de, .es, .fr, .it, .li, .nl, . pl , . afternoon. , .pro, .re, .ru, .se, .tf, .wf, .yt.
There are no refunds for any type of VPS or dedicated server. Check out our package details before purchasing our server. If your server IP is marked as “spam” and your IP port 25 is blocked on our network and you request a refund for this reason, we will never authorize this refund . There is no place for spammers.
Subscribers can cancel their account at any time. All subscribers who cancel their accounts after 30 days of initial payment will not be entitled to a full refund and all such requests will be denied.

Subscribers who wish to terminate their account must contact VIP HOST BD from “Support” in their customer area to submit a termination request. This cancellation request will be reviewed by VIP HOST BD staff and then a final account cancellation confirmation will be sent. Account cancellations will only be processed once the subscriber’s final confirmation has been sent (the initial cancellation request will not be considered final confirmation for security reasons). If the subscriber does not submit account cancellation confirmation, the account cancellation will not be processed and the account will remain active. All active subscriptions will remain intact. Once an account is canceled, no further payments will be made to the account. Refund policy:

If a subscriber issues a chargeback before the normal cancellation process, VIP HOST BD reserves the right to immediately disable a valid account for security reasons. If Subscriber wishes to reactivate a valid account, Subscriber will be responsible for any payment service fees that may be incurred while processing the chargeback. Prohibited scripts or site types:

The following scripts are prohibited for use on our servers and cannot be downloaded or executed. Child pornography (If VIP HOST BD is to locate child pornography willingly uploaded to a client account, then the client account will be terminated instantly without any possibility of a refund)
Any kind of abusive content found on our servers should be reported to abuse@main-hosting.com. VIP HOST BD will handle any abuse report with the highest priority and interest. VIP HOST BD will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur as a result of content uploaded to customer accounts or actions performed by scripts on these accounts on the server used general or our vps. Programs running in the background:
